Shipping Services – Australia
Within Australia, delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days. Please allow 2 business days for order processing.
Please note that deliveries to Darwin, Victoria (VIC), and Western Australia (WA) may take longer.
Shipping Services – International (Orders Outside Australia)
For international orders, delivery generally takes 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery timeframes are estimated based on metropolitan areas and may vary.
International Taxes and Duties
International customers (outside Australia) are responsible for paying any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and fees required by local Customs authorities. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these charges are not included in the price of your order. You must pay these fees to receive your parcel.
We cannot provide estimates for these fees. Please contact your country’s customs office for information about potential charges for packages coming from overseas.
Pre-Orders
For pre-orders, the ‘dispatch by’ date is an estimate only. Items may ship before or after this date.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be sent together once the last item is available. If you prefer to receive in-stock items first, please place separate orders.
