REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note this policy does not apply to earrings due to hygiene reasons. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Returns that arrive in unacceptable condition or items lost during shipping will not be accepted; customers are responsible for ensuring the shipment includes tracking. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 48 hours.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired products.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@forhercollection.com.au to receive the necessary form. After we receive the completed form, your request will be processed within up to 5 business days, plus 3 to 7 days for delivery of the replacement.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but replacement items will be shipped free of charge.
Please note we do not process or ship orders on public holidays. Orders received during these times will be processed on the next business day.
If you need your item urgently, we recommend placing a new order to ensure availability and faster delivery.
Return and Exchange Process
For orders within Australia, we accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of delivery. Returns for faulty products can be made at any time.
Steps to return:
- Email contact@forhercollection.com.au to request the return/exchange form.
- Pack the item in its original box with all packaging intact.
- Ship the package according to the instructions on the form.
For international orders or if the product is faulty or incorrect, please contact contact@forhercollection.com.au for specific instructions.
We recommend keeping the tracking number to confirm delivery to our office.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Change of mind: The customer pays the return shipping cost, but replacement items are shipped at no charge.
- Faulty product: Customers initially pay shipping, but this cost will be refunded once we receive and assess the product. Please include your delivery receipt to ensure a smooth refund.
Refund Timing
Once we receive your returned items, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or financial institution.
